Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers money Brands pay into Dashrize to fund campaigns. It does not cover Creator earnings, which are governed by section 4 of our Terms of Service.
1. What you are paying for
When you fund a campaign you are pre-loading a budget that is paid out to Creators as they deliver verified views. We hold that budget in a nodal account and release it against verified performance. We are not selling a physical product, so no goods are shipped and no delivery timeline applies.
2. Before your campaign goes live
If you cancel while the campaign is still in draft, awaiting approval, or approved but with no Creator submissions yet, you get a full refund to your original payment method. Nothing is deducted.
3. After your campaign goes live
Once at least one Creator has submitted a clip, the campaign is in flight and Creators are working against your brief. From that point:
- You can pause or stop the campaign at any time.
- Budget already earned by Creators on verified views is not refundable — that money is owed to them for work already delivered.
- Your unspent budget is returned to your Dashrize wallet in full and can be used on any future campaign. It does not expire.
If you want unspent wallet balance sent back to your bank instead of reused, email us and we will process it as a refund to the original payment method, subject to the same timelines below.
4. What we never refund
- Earnings already accrued to Creators on views verified by the platform’s official API. The exception is fraud: where we reverse an earning under section 5 of the Terms, that money goes back to your campaign budget.
- Our 15% platform commission on budget that has already been spent.
- Budget spent on submissions that you approved, even if the clip later underperforms. Campaign results are not guaranteed.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the campaign name and the payment reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
6. How long it takes
Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours. Once initiated, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5-7 business days to post the money back. That final leg is controlled by your bank, not by us. Wallet credits are instant.
7. Failed and duplicate payments
If money left your account but the campaign was not funded, or you were charged twice, that is always refunded in full. Most failed payments are auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days. If it has been longer, contact us with the payment reference and we will trace it.
8. Creator withdrawals are not refunds
If you are a Creator, money you have earned is withdrawn, not refunded. Withdrawals require a minimum balance of ₹2000 and completed identity verification, and are subject to TDS where the law requires it.
